I'm on my fifth cartridge and still hoping this will work for us. It's very convenient. However, I've been getting inconsistent test strip results. With some cartridges it seems to hold the chlorine at the right level. With the next one, it might, or might not. This means I need to check more frequently and supplement with chlorine granules I have on hand. This happens even if I open the cartridge one more level than suggested in the instructions for our size tub. One other thing is that when the cartridge needs changing (because the "frog" turns upside down), there is still chlorine granules in the cartridge. Seems wasteful.
